Remote Opportunity With Flexible Schedule The T&A Agency is looking for motivated individuals interested in building a flexible career within the insurance industry. This is not a traditional 9-to-5 office role. We are seeking individuals who are comfortable working independently, enjoy helping people, and are motivated by personal growth and income potential. Many of our agents come from backgrounds such as customer service, hospitality, healthcare, retail, or other people-focused industries. What You Can Expect Flexible remote work opportunity Training, mentorship, and ongoing support Ability to work full-time or part-time Opportunity for long-term income growth A people-focused career helping families secure financial protection In this role, you will Speak with individuals interested in insurance coverage Help clients understand available protection options Build relationships and maintain communication with clients Continue developing product knowledge and communication skills Important Information This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity Compensation is commission-based Licensing is required before selling policies No prior insurance experience is required Training and licensing support are provided We are looking for coachable, dependable individuals who are ready to learn and grow in a flexible remote environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
