What We're Looking For: * Experience with light plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, or appliance repair * Strong communication and customer service skills * Basic tools required (power tools are a plus!) * Reliable transportation * Ability to lift 40-50 lbs Preferred Qualifications (Not Required): * 1+ years of apartment, building, or commercial maintenance experience * EPA, HVAC, or CPO certifications are a PLUS * Experience with work orders and apartment turns Ready to get started?
