Occupational Therapist - Inpatient Rehab

OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION

Full-time permanent Inpatient Rehab position...Inpatient Rehab is one of the most challenging, yet rewarding settings in all of healthcare. It is at its core, the heart of Occupational Therapy. In this setting you will work with patients in the most critical state of their life and have the opportunity to meet them in their dire need. Additionally, you will be able to have a profound impact over their 19-21 day stay and see them make drastic improvements to return to their life. You will work with various Ortho, Neuro & Cardiac patient populations, seeing 4-5 patients per day. Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader who truly cares about patient care. We are not looking for an individual who is just looking for their next "job" but someone who wants to invest in a career to help others.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master/Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active California OT license or ability to obtain
• Servant leader mindset
• Coachable and eager to grow
• Excellent communication skills across all levels
• Collaborative, team building personality style
• Inpatient Rehab experience preferred
• H1-B Visa Sponsorship not available
