As a Security Officer Patrol Customer Care in Battleboro, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a busy retail and dining location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $14.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon 05:00 PM - 01:00 AM Tue 05:00 PM - 01:00 AM Wed 05:00 PM - 01:00 AM Thur 05:00 PM - 01:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to guests, employees, vendors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of restaurant dining areas, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting security-related concerns and maintenance issues according to site procedures. Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management. Minimum Requirements: CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
