Role Description This is a full-time on-site position located in Miami, FL for a Litigation Attorney with 3-5 years of experience. The Litigation Attorney will be responsible for handling a range of litigation tasks including drafting and filing motions, conducting depositions, preparing clients for trials, and representing clients effectively in court. The role also involves conducting legal research and collaborating with colleagues to develop strong case strategies. Insurance Defense, Premise Liability Maritime or Personal Injury or Commercial Litigation Qualifications Proficiency in legal principles, including knowledge and application of law, legal procedures, and protocols. Experience with drafting and filing motions, and a strong ability to present arguments effectively in written formats. Skilled in court proceedings, including representing clients and presenting evidence in trials. Proficient in conducting and managing depositions and related pre-trial processes. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with clients, colleagues, and court personnel. Membership in the Florida Bar Association is required.
