Oracle Fusion Cloud EPBCS Developer

Job Description

Job Description

At i360technologies, we deliver business consulting and technology solutions that support the mission of federal agencies. A major federal agency is consolidating its core financial management systems into a single, multi-tenant Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP solution as part of the government-wide push to standardize federal financial management. The program will migrate multiple agency components and customer agencies onto the new platform, with a stated goal of making maximum use of automation and artificial intelligence to reduce manual workload, speed reconciliation and improve data quality.

i360technologies supports this program as a subcontractor to a large federal systems integrator. We are seeking two Oracle EPBCS/EPM Cloud Developers who will build the planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analytics capabilities the agency uses to plan its spending and track performance. If you're early in your career, learn fast, and want to grow on a program of this size, this role is built for you.

Location: Washington, DC Metro, on-site at client facilities; occasional travel to other client locations.

Why AI Matters Here

AI is central to how this team delivers. Required Qualifications

• 2 years of Oracle Hyperion/EPM experience.
• Hands-on EPBCS or Oracle EPM Planning experience.
• Knowledge of or hands-on experience with Essbase and Calculation Manager.
• Experience with Smart View.
• Knowledge of or hands-on experience with Data Integration/Data Management and EPM Automate.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to learn new technologies and accelerate delivery.

Preferred Experience

• Groovy scripting experience.
• Any exposure to federal budgeting or federal financial systems.
• Oracle EPM certification, or progress toward it.

What You'll Gain

• Hands-on experience on a decade-long federal modernization program.
• Mentorship from senior Oracle EPM and federal financial management specialists.
• A career path that grows with the program: more scope, more responsibility, more expertise each year.
• In-demand skills in Oracle EPM Cloud and AI-enabled delivery.

What Success Looks Like

• Planning applications, rules, and integrations are built and documented on schedule with minimal rework.
• Budgeting and forecasting processes run accurately and perform well.
• You ramp up fast on EPM Cloud, using AI to accelerate learning, and take on more scope over time.
