Stephenson Ave. Iron Mountain, MI 49801 Phone: 906.367.2591ResponsibilitiesMaintain relationships with current convenience store distributors, communicate daily/weekly regarding merchandise orders and deliveries.Help with hiring, training, and supervision of team members to execute daily tasks.Create team member schedules, ensure all shifts are covered and adjust schedules to accommodate employees when possible.Ability to resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints or supply shortages.Organize and upkeep status of inventory supply and controls.Ensure shelves are fully stocked by rotating and replenishing merchandise.Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.Assure that all food items served comply with state and local health codes.Conduct daily/monthly accounting reports.Assists with day-to-day operation of the station including cash registers, cleaning etc.Must have the ability to work holidays, nights and weekends.Oversee daily operations to ensure that food safety, product preparation, cleanliness and inventory control standards are maintained.Ensure food safety procedures are executed according to policy as well as health/sanitation regulations.
