Primary Care NP

Location: Kentucky

Schedule: Ongoing per diem day shifts

Position Overview

• Outpatient corporate health clinic providing primary care, wellness, and acute episodic visits
• Patients age two years and older
• Typical volume two to four patients per hour

Required Qualifications

• Active Kentucky license
• National certification for Nurse Practitioner
• DEA required
• Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify
