About the Role: As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) , you will work closely with our occupational therapists to provide high-quality occupational therapy services to our residents. Your expertise will enable our residents to develop, recover, and maintain the skills necessary for daily living, while promoting independence and overall well-being. You will assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized occupational therapy programs, and collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care.
