$5,000 Sign-On Bonus with a 1-year commitment

Schedule: 11pm - 7am w/ Rotating Weekends

Hourly Range: $20.50 - $25.06

The Villa at Suffield Meadows, part of the Fauquier Health system, is a 70+ bed assisted living community offering residential and assisted living services, a 12-bed secured memory care unit, and short-term respite care solutions. With a focus on dignity and personalized support, a dedicated team of compassionate staff provides high-quality care in a warm, home-like environment, promoting independence while enhancing each resident's quality of life.

How you'll contribute

A Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) who excels in this role:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support in a dignified manner
• Administer scheduled medications in accordance with certification, physician orders, and facility policies, and document appropriately
• Monitor, record, and report resident health status, changes in condition, and vital signs to nursing staff
• Support residents with meals, hydration, and basic nutritional needs, including feeding assistance when required
• Promote a safe, clean, and home-like environment while ensuring compliance with infection control and safety procedures

What we're looking for

Applicants should have a High School Diploma (or equivalent), a current Virginia State Certified Nursing Assistant License, Direct Care Certification OR Personal Care Aid Certification AND current Virigina State Medication Aid License. Additional requirements include:

• Current BLS certification required within 60 days of hire
• At least 1 year of experience as a CNA & Medication Aide is preferred.
