Academic General Surgery Clinician-Educator

The University of Texas Medical Branch is seeking a faculty member in General Surgery to support teaching, research, and patient care. This position involves providing direct patient care including surgeries, outpatient services, and supervising residents. The faculty member will participate in educational activities for medical students and residents, and will also have administrative duties within the department. Required qualifications include graduation from an approved medical school and completion of an appropriate residency training program. The successful candidate must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery and possess a valid Texas Medical license.
