Job Details:

• Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: High School Education/GED or equivalent; some assistant or clerical experience preferred; no certifications required
• Preferred Qualifications: Associates/Technical Degree or equivalent, one year of relevant experience, hospital or medical office experience, Unit Secretary training course, Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification, Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI), Techniques for Effective Aggression Management (TEAM) or TEAM-A
• Essential Functions: Process orders and assist visitors and callers, manage patient admission and transfer workflows, schedule procedures, assemble patient charts, collect and maintain data, support regulatory compliance, perform various clerical duties as assigned
