As a Branch Manager within PNC’s Retail Banking organization, you will be based in Pensacola, Florida. Job Description Lead all aspects of branch performance, driving revenue and customer loyalty through consultative interactions and omni‑channel solutions. Create a differentiated customer experience, making banking easy through technology‑enabled interactions. Collaborate with a broad range of ecosystem partners and manage risk, compliance, and regulatory adherence. Build a high‑performing team through attraction, onboarding, coaching, and development of branch staff. Utilize a branded sales process to achieve sales targets and customer loyalty. Grow branch revenue via acquisition and share‑of‑wallet growth for consumer and business households and through ecosystem collaboration. Drive business banking results through business development and community involvement activities. Coach staff in consultative selling to improve client financial well‑being. Understand balance sheet and income statement fundamentals to support branch operations. Resolve operational and customer service issues efficiently, ensuring a seamless omni‑channel experience. Shape a positive employee experience by onboarding, coaching, and developing talent while maintaining performance and activity expectations. Work Experience: Roles at this level typically do not require a university/college degree but require 3+ years of related experience or equivalent education, certifications, or military service. Education: No degree required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience may be considered. Certifications/Licenses: None required.
