UX Product Designer

The position combines user experience design, product strategy, workflow transformation, and AI innovation. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in enterprise applications and a passion for creating intuitive experiences that enable users to effectively leverage AI technologies. What You'll Tackle Design AI-powered web and application experiences that improve usability and business outcomes. Create reusable UX patterns, design systems, workflow standards, and prompt guidance. Build scalable frameworks for AI product delivery from concept through enterprise deployment. Develop user journeys that span multiple systems, teams, and business functions. Partner with product, engineering, data, and business teams to identify and optimize AI opportunities. Define success metrics and adoption strategies for AI-enabled products. Design dashboards, reporting experiences, and operational workflows. Support usability testing, user research, and continuous product improvement. Qualifications 6+ years of UX, Product Design, or Workflow Transformation experience. Experience designing AI-enabled products or intelligent workflow solutions. Expertise with Figma or similar design and prototyping tools. Strong understanding of enterprise applications and operational workflows. Experience creating scalable design systems and UX standards. Ability to design data-driven experiences involving dashboards, APIs, and integrations. Strong systems-thinking and journey-mapping capabilities. Experience collaborating with technical and business stakeholders. Strong communication and presentation skills. Experience supporting complex cross-functional initiatives. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE Financial services experience. Banking, lending, compliance, or risk domain knowledge. AI governance or AI operating model experience. Prompt design experience.
