Job Description
We are seeking a Food Server to support a casual dining and quick-service environment through full table service. Reporting to the shift supervisor and restaurant manager, this role will deliver attentive guest service while supporting accurate, efficient restaurant operations. Opportunities include server advancement and cross-training.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide attentive customer service.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Maintain strong knowledge of menu offerings.
- Set tables and prepare dining areas for service.
- Process guest payments accurately.
- Clear tables and maintain dining area cleanliness.
- Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with restaurant team members to support efficient service.
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in food service.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and menu offerings.
- Strong order accuracy and customer service skills.
- Clear verbal communication and teamwork abilities.
