- Set up event rooms according to Event Orders (EOs), including tables, chairs, staging, dance floors, podiums, and décor items.
- Break down and reset rooms efficiently after events, ensuring quick turnaround for the next function.
- Arrange linens, skirting, and table settings as required.
- Respond to lastminute event changes or requests with a positive, cando attitude.
- Provide friendly, professional service to guests and event planners.
- Safely move, lift, and transport event furniture and equipment
- Ensure equipment is stored properly and kept in good working condition.
- Ability to read and follow Event Orders (EOs) and room diagrams.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management.
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and moving equipment for extended periods.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with frequent deadlines.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull moderate weight
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
