What You’ll Do

As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems while delivering an exceptional customer experience on every call.

Daily Responsibilities Include:

• Diagnosing and troubleshooting residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Performing repairs, preventative maintenance, and equipment upgrades
• Explaining repair options and recommendations clearly to homeowners
• Delivering outstanding customer service with professionalism and integrity
• Maintaining accurate service records and documentation
• Assisting and mentoring junior technicians when needed
• Ensuring all work complies with safety standards, local codes, and company procedures
• Participating in a rotating on-call schedule
• Working in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and outdoor conditions as needed

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of HVAC service experience
• EPA Certification required (or ability to obtain immediately)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Team-oriented attitude with a desire to grow professionally
• Comfortable using mobile technology and service software

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, on ladders, and in varying weather conditions
• Ability to bend, kneel, climb, and stand for extended periods
