This position requires working in a fast-paced environment while strictly adhering to 6S and safety protocols. Maintaining our high standards of operation is dependent on the careful attention to detail and commitment to safety exhibited by the Picker/Packer.Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.Accurately pick products from the warehouse shelves based on information provided on RF Scanner.Pack products securely and efficiently to ensure safe transport.Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and documentation for domestic and international shipping.Assist with inventory counts and ensure products are stored correctly.Check picked items for accuracy and inspect for any damage.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following the principles of 6S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, and Safety).A high school diploma (or GED) is required.1 year of pick and packing experience.Experience with ERP/WMS systems, including using RF scanning tools.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.Safety & SecurityDetail OrientedTeam PlayerCustomer FocusEnergyListeningAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.The Company does not sponsor for employment-based visas for this position now or in the future.To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
