Customer Service Representative

Job Details Job Location: Jackson, WI 53037 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $22.00 - $24.00 Hourly Travel Percentage: None Job Shift: Day Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers, providing prompt and accurate support. Enter, process, and track customer orders from receipt through production, shipping, and delivery. Coordinate with production, design, and shipping departments to ensure timely fulfillment of orders. Communicate proactively with customers about order status, lead times, and any changes or delays. Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and capabilities specific to corrugated packaging. Review and confirm pricing, product specifications, and inventory availability. Generate and review reports related to order history, forecasts, and customer-specific data. Assist with sample requests, quoting, and project tracking as needed. Ensure customer satisfaction and support long-term relationships. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. 2+ years of experience in a customer service role; experience in the corrugated packaging or manufacturing industry strongly preferred. Knowledge of corrugated packaging products, materials, and processes is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with ERP or order management systems is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
