Dental Hygienist Position

Dental One Associates of Woodson Square is looking for a full-time Dental Hygienist in Fairfax, Virginia to join our clinical team by providing a high level of patient care and satisfaction while operating in a team-based environment. As a Dental Hygienist at Dental One Associates of Woodson Square, you'll provide exceptional care through routine cleanings, assessments, and education, while supporting a dynamic team of dental professionals. • Competitive hourly range: $58-$62/hour + 33% Production Bonus

Responsibilities

• Perform routine dental cleanings and oral health assessments
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
• Assist dentists with exams and treatments, and take dental X-rays
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and adhere to sterilization protocols

Qualifications

• Education: Associate or bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene
• License: Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
• Certifications: Local anesthesia certification and CPR/First Aid (if applicable)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort
