Utilizing a Patient Focused Care approach, provides sitting services to a specific group of patients within the Trinity Health System. Shifts Available: 7:00 am – 7:00 pm, 7:00 pm – 7:00 am Status available: Full-time, Part-time, Contingent/PRN Every Other Weekend and 3 Holidays per year required for Full-time and Part-time team members. Required Qualifications Education: High school diploma or GED. What you will do Provides observation following the guidelines as described during department specific orientation. Must ensure they are actively participating in a distraction free environment. Reports patient care incidents and changes in the patient's condition to the RN in a timely fashion. Provides patient care that reflects respect for patient's rights, dignity, values, culture preferences, and expressed needs and attention to providing comfort, relieving pain, and alleviating anxiety. To ensure safe patient care experience, incumbent must remain with patient until hand-off occurs.
