The unit accommodates a mix of medical and surgical cases and consists of a total of 30 beds. Patient Care Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to Med/Surg patients. Maintain a patient-nurse ratio of 5-6 patients per nurse. Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Qualifications A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience. Experience in a level 1 trauma center or mid to large-sized hospital is preferred. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is preferred.
