Responsibilities
- Conduct application testing for both internal and external applications, including end-to-end user acceptance testing.
- Execute test scripts, report defects accurately, and perform efficient retesting.
- Collaborate with IT and other business units to resolve technical issues and conduct root cause analysis.
- Develop a strong understanding of the technical solutions being delivered.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
- Proficiency in executing test scripts and reporting defects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferences
- Knowledge of SAP systems.
- Exposure to Agile program development methodology.
