Position Overview

The Retail Brand Ambassador plays a key role in driving brand awareness, building customer relationships, and generating sales for our clients. This role combines elements of sales, marketing, and customer service to deliver an exceptional brand experience and foster long-term loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-quality customer experience through personalized consultations
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales performance goals
• Generate and develop new customer accounts through marketing and outreach efforts
• Build rapport and establish trust with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
• Present and promote product benefits in a clear and compelling way
• Maintain and strengthen ongoing client relationships to support repeat business
• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up and documentation
• Accurately record customer data in CRM and reporting systems
• Collaborate with team members to drive brand visibility and campaign results

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or brand ambassador roles
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, dependable, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working in a competitive, fast-paced, and goal-oriented environment
• Familiarity with CRM software and modern sales tools
• Experience in energy, telecom, or related industries is a plus
