We are looking to hire a Service BDC Agent to our team at Kia of Leesburg, member of the Morgan Auto Group. We offer our associates a team environment, great benefits, ongoing training and support, and pay up to $19 per hour, + Bonus, depending on experience!
Job Responsibilities
Multi-tasker, fast learner, people skills (ability to work with many different personalities), organizational skills and ability to prioritize, experience with handling money, work with minimal supervision. Greeting guests and directing them appropriately, answering incoming calls in a professional manner, determine nature of call, and direct caller to appropriate individual or department. Able to work in a fast-paced environment, making follow up calls to customers, maintaining a work environment that is clean and presents a professional image, assist with administrative duties which include data entry, keeping accurate records, organizing files/records, cash box responsibilities. Flexibility and adaptabilityprepared to adapt to new challenges or unexpected obstacles, changing circumstances, and new information while completing tasks in a timely manner with high quality.
Qualifications
Must be able to a flexible schedule, great attitude with high-energy personality, excellent customer service skills, professional appearance and work ethic. Keep accurate records, detail oriented, time management skills, integrity, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. Willingness to learn, receptive to new ideas, ability to be a team player. Bi-lingual is a plus, fluent in Spanish and English, ability to use Outlook, Word and Excel. EOE/DFWPgrts
