- Supervise kitchen and food service staff
- Coordinate schedules and staffing
- Maintain sanitation and food safety standards
- Monitor inventory and supplies
- Prepare reports and maintain records
- Resolve operational issues and support continuous improvement
- Previous food service management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in high-volume food service
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to supervise multiple employees
