MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong technical ability and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication as well as customer service skills
- Ability to effectively operate within set guidelines, policies, and procedures
- Exceptional customer-facing skills
- High degree of demonstrated professionalism
- Solid helpdesk experience, including support for Windows 10 and Windows 11 workstations
- Supporting Windows workstations in a Microsoft Windows domain
- Supporting network peripherals such as printers, handhelds, and mobile devices including iPhone and Android
- CompTIA A+ certification is a plus but not required
