Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant CaroMont Medical Group CaroMont Medical Group - Family Med Stanley Full Time M-F, 8:00 am-5:00 pm or 4 10-hour shifts CaroMont Family Medicine – Stanley is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our primary care team which consists of one MD, two APPs, and one LCSW. This well-established practice serves a large and growing Medicare population. This opportunity offers the ability to build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients while providing comprehensive care in a supportive practice environment. What We’re Looking For Demonstrated clinical experience as an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) within Family Medicine. Comprehensive onsite diagnostics, including laboratory services and digital X-ray capabilities. Outpatient schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 4 10-hour shifts. Key Responsibilities Order, interpret, and manage diagnostic evaluations, including laboratory tests and diagnostic imaging. Deliver patient education regarding individualized treatment plans, chronic disease management, and follow-up care. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant electronic health record documentation utilizing EPIC. Requirements Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited NP or PA program Board Certified FNP or PA-C Active North Carolina medical license and DEA registration, with the ability and willingness to obtain South Carolina licensure and DEA registration. BLS/ACLS certification Why CaroMont?
