Description NorBella Rogers, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Culinary Assistant/Server to join our team. NorBella Rogers is located in Rogers, MN, just off I-94 and MN-101. We help seniors age magnificently in our 40‑unit apartment‑style community providing assisted living and memory care services. NorBella Rogers is a growing community with a fun, caring, and passionate team. Join our team today! Shifts: Part‑time AM (7 am‑1:30 pm) and PM (3 pm‑7 pm). Wage: $15.50–$20.50 per hour. We are looking for compassionate, passionate individuals who want to enrich the lives of seniors. Our Culinary Assistants/Servers become family and impact the lives of residents who live in Lifespark Senior Living Community. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation, distribution, and supply of food and dishes to residents, families, and staff, creating a welcoming environment. Set up room trays and tables in the dining room, serve and bus trays, pour and cover beverages, and assist in preparing and covering food. Transport carts to appropriate areas and deliver trays when applicable. Deliver nourishment and snacks appropriately. Maintain a steady work pace to produce an adequate supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes. Soak, scrub, scrape, and wash soiled dishes. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in a senior living setting preferred. Ability to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, families, and employees. Benefits Annual reviews with wage increases.
