Role Description The Front Desk Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Margate, FL. This position is responsible for greeting clients, managing check-ins, and directing visitors to the appropriate team members. Daily tasks include answering and routing phone calls, responding to general inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a tidy, organized reception area. The role also involves handling basic administrative duties such as data entry, filing, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and supporting the accounting staff with routine office tasks. The Front Desk Associate serves as a key point of contact, helping ensure a professional, welcoming, and efficient client experience. Qualifications Strong customer service and client-facing communication skills, with a professional and welcoming demeanor. Experience with receptionist duties, including greeting visitors, managing appointments, and handling front desk operations. Proficient phone etiquette, including answering, screening, and routing calls clearly and courteously. Solid computer literacy, including use of email, calendars, office software, and basic data entry. Additional skills such as organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy office environment. Prior front desk, administrative, or office support experience preferred, especially in professional services settings. High school diploma or equivalent required; further training or coursework in office administration is a plus.
