Position Overview We are seeking a talented and highly organized Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This is a hands-on production role. The right candidate will be a skilled designer and content creator who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and takes genuine ownership of their work. You will contribute directly to a high volume of marketing materials and play an active role in supporting business development, brand execution, and digital marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities Design and produce high-quality marketing materials including brochures, flyers, presentations, and client-facing deliverables Manage and update the company website with accurate, engaging content Develop and execute email campaigns to targeted audiences with strong attention to brand consistency and engagement Create accurate and visually compelling graphics and maps Plan, create, and schedule content across social media platforms to strengthen brand visibility Monitor social media and campaign analytics; assist with basic KPI tracking and reporting Support market research efforts to stay current on trends and competitor activity Collaborate closely with internal teams and leadership to align marketing output with business priorities Manage multiple simultaneous projects with strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through What Success Looks Like Consistently delivering polished, professional work on deadline Managing a high volume of projects without sacrificing quality or accuracy Taking initiative and ownership rather than waiting to be directed Maintaining brand consistency across all materials and channels Bringing fresh creative ideas while exercising sound professional judgment Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field preferred 2-4 years of professional marketing or graphic design experience; professional services background a plus Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) required Experience with website management tools (WordPress, Squarespace, or similar) and email marketing platforms Familiarity with social media platforms, analytics tools, and basic performance reporting Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills Ability to multitask effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced office environment Experience with mapping or site plan tools a plus Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $60,000-$70,000, based on experience, plus benefits package What We Offer A collaborative, high-performing team environment Meaningful work with direct visibility to leadership and client impact A dynamic, fast-paced office where your contributions matter #J-18808-Ljbffr
