LCPC/LCSW-C Mental Health Therapist

Therapist (LCSW-C / LCPC) – Remote/Hybrid Flexible remote location with occasional in‑person sessions and Telehealth options. Maintain a caseload of 15–25 client sessions per week. Deliver individual, group, and play therapy as needed. Collaborate with case managers, families, and other professionals to coordinate care. Participate in all clinical staff meetings and ongoing training. Required Qualifications Master’s degree in social work or a related field from an accredited institution. Licensed mental health professional in the state of Maryland. Experience completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes. Preferred Qualifications Creative and innovative therapeutic approaches. Experience working with children, adolescents, and teens. Experience working with couples and families. Knowledge of therapy services, community resources, and insurance billing. Compensation: $87,000.00 – $105,000.00 per year. Hourly pay structure plus commission on claims.
