Production Laborer

Location: Medina, NY

Pay Rate: $16.75 - $19.50 per hour

Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift

Job Overview

Adecco is currently recruiting for Production Laborers on behalf of a valued manufacturing client in Medina, NY. This is a long-term opportunity offering stable employment in a fast-paced production environment. Successful candidates will play an important role in supporting daily manufacturing operations and ensuring customer orders are completed efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials and products from production equipment.

• Operate manufacturing machinery or assist machine operators as needed.

• Package finished products according to company specifications.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

• Follow quality, safety, and production standards.

• Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred.

• Willingness to learn and participate in on-the-job training.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Physical Requirements

• Regularly lift and move 35-50 pounds.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and perform repetitive movements throughout an 8-hour shift.

• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.

Pay Details: $16.75 to $19.50 per hour
