Location Omaha, NE Position Summary Provide direct 1:1 assessment, treatment, and crisis intervention supports (e.g., behavioral therapy services) to children diagnosed with autism spectrum or related disorders. Lead day‑to‑day functions of assigned cases, supervise Associate Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians, and assist in training and oversight of session progress. Draft patient‑related documentation and communications under the supervision of a BCBA or BCBA‑D. All strategies are implemented under a treatment plan prepared by a BCBA, BCBA‑D, or licensed psychologist. *This position may encounter potentially volatile care situations that could result in bodily harm. Responsibilities Provide direct behavioral therapy services to children with autism spectrum or related disorders. Supervise Associate Behavior Technicians and RBTs, providing first‑level training and oversight. Lead day‑to‑day functions of assigned cases. Draft patient‑related documentation and communications under supervision of a BCBA or BCBA‑D. Implement treatment plans prepared by a BCBA, BCBA‑D, or licensed psychologist. Qualifications At least 1 year of experience implementing behavior analytic interventions in an educational, instructional, or therapeutic setting. Registered Behavioral Technician license or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire date. Knowledge of basic behavioral principles and interventions. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to remain calm and patient during challenging situations. Ability to prepare, collect, and enter data and update graphs using a computer program. Ability to work independently and establish organizational systems and time‑management strategies. Preferred Qualifications Degree in Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related health care field.
