Junior Engineering Gas Turbine Program ManagerLocation: Sedalia, MO | Houston, TX candidates may also be consideredSalary: $100K–$150KSchedule: Hybrid | Approximately 30% travelWe're searching for a Junior Engineering Gas Turbine Program Manager with a strong technical background and hands-on knowledge of gas turbines/rotating equipment. This is a great opportunity for an engineer or technical product professional who wants to take the next step into program/product management while staying closely connected to engineering, manufacturing, quality, and customer requirements.What You'll Do:Support gas turbine product strategy, development, and roadmapsCoordinate projects across Engineering, Supply Chain, QA, Sales, and other teamsGather and prioritize technical/product requirementsManage timelines, risks, KPIs, budgets, and project deliverablesSupport product validation, quality, and successful launchesCommunicate technical concepts to both engineering and non-technical stakeholdersWhat We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field3–7 years of gas turbine product/program management experienceStrong understanding of rotating equipment and gas turbinesKnowledge of hardware development, design, manufacturing, and validationStrong project management, analytical, and communication skillsAbility to travel approximately 30%Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorshipGas turbine experience is key.
