Our unique campus features 12 cottage-style units (12 residents each), each with its own kitchen, plus gardens and patios for residents and staff to enjoy. Key Responsibilities * Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans * Administer medications and treatments as prescribed * Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the clinical team * Support and supervise CNAs to ensure quality care delivery * Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation * Promote a safe, clean, and compassionate environment * Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members Qualifications * Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina (required) * Current CPR certification required * Must maintain all continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing * Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred * Compassion for an underserved population * Ability to be active and mobile throughout the shift (walking between cottages required) Why Join Brushy Creek Post Acute?
