Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled PLC Maintenance Mechanic in Oxnard, CA for a direct hire opportunity with a growing food and beverage production operation. This role is ideal for a hands-on maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting automated equipment, repairing production machinery, and supporting reliable plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on conveyor systems, production equipment, and automated machinery.
- Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and support quick resolution of mechanical and electrical issues.
- Diagnose and repair pneumatic and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime.
- Complete industrial electrical troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on equipment reliability, safety, and production efficiency.
- Work closely with Maintenance leadership and production teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $25 to $30 per hour, depending on experience.
- Job Type: Direct hire.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM.
- Overtime available.
