description : Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, and coordinates care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment. This position is represented by ONA. requirement : Variable/36-48 hours/Mostly night shifts (1900-0730), with the possibility of working day shifts (0700-1930) if needed.Education and Work Experience:Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): PreferredAcute care facility experience: PreferredLicenses/Certifications:Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: RequiredCardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: RequiredCardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification?or?Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: RequiredAdvanced Cardiovascular?Life Support (ACLS)?certification from approved vendor per AH policy: RequiredFacility Specific License/Certifications:AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS or AHA-CPR or ARC-CPR: Required
