Vetco Clinic Lead

Field Team Lead – Vaccination Clinics oversees the daily operations of field clinics, ensuring smooth service delivery and compliance with company standards. Responsibilities Supervise and provide functional direction to field team members. Operate company vehicles safely to and from clinic locations. Perform or coach all clinic team roles as needed. Manage clinic processes, including paperwork, revenue handling, and equipment loading/unloading. Communicate effectively with customers, store management, and leadership to resolve difficult situations. Ensure clinic environments are clean and safe, and that all supplies are restocked at end of shift. Facilitate sales discussions and offer appropriate discounts during clinics. Prepare and present report cards, site reports, and financial receipts to Market Managers. Reconcile equipment, supplies, and revenues at the end of each clinic. Escalate clinic issues to Market Manager, Store Manager, or Vetco Customer Service when required. Coordinate crowd management, pet waste cleanup, and disruptive pet incidents. Assist in training new partners in compliance with the training plan. Maintain accurate completion of all required paperwork and checklists. Participate in company- and sponsor-facilitated training on products, services, and policies. Qualifications Ability to perform and coach all clinic team roles. Outstanding customer service skills and aptitude for basic sales techniques. Professional appearance and demeanor. Leadership qualities and/or prior experience. Experience operating company vehicles and lifting up to 40 lbs. Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills. Comfortable handling and restraining animals in accordance with company policy. Existing partners applying must be in good standing. Work Environment Indoor work with frequent passenger vehicle travel; overnight travel may be required in some locations. The role involves bending, kneeling, moving equipment up to 40 lbs, and standing for extended periods, with associated injury risks.
