As a Customer Relations Representative with Juan Rosario State Farm Agency, you will help deliver the exceptional customer experiences that drive a successful insurance agency. With strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills, you’ll support clients by resolving inquiries, coordinating with other team members, and anticipating the needs of the community we serve.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues
• Maintain customer records and update information as needed
• Assist with customer retention strategies
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer service experience preferred
• Ability to remain calm and effective in high-stress situations
• Property & Casualty license and Life & Health license required
  • Prefer to hire someone who currently carries one or both licenses to start

COMPENSATION:

• Salary: $40,000–$70,000 per year
