Amster Rothstein & Ebenstein LLP is seeking a Scientific Advisor to join our team. Primary Responsibilities The successful candidate will assist attorneys with technical matters related to patent prosecution, litigation, and opinion work. Responsibilities will also include conducting freedom-to-operate analyses and prior art searches to assess patent validity. Qualifications Ph.D. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a closely related field Excellent academic credentials Strong analytical, research, writing, and communication skills Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational abilities Since 1953, Amster Rothstein & Ebenstein LLP has focused exclusively on representing clients in all aspects of intellectual property law, both domestically and internationally. We work closely with clients to protect and maximize their intellectual property across a wide range of industries, including financial services, blockchain, artificial intelligence, fashion and retail, life sciences, medical devices, toys, entertainment, housewares, and consumer electronics. We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package , a collegial work environment , and challenging, engaging work . Compensation for this position ranges from $100,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience plus benefits .
