Network Production Scheduler

Your role at Clorox: This role reports to the Network Scheduling Manager or MSM Lead and will work with: Network Materials Planners, S&OE Manager, Inventory Planner, Plant Leadership, and Scheduling teams. This role oversees the sequence and timing of operations for a group of work centers across the BU's network to optimize production flow and efficiency while meeting production targets. In this role, you will: Responsible for planning work centers across the BU network and the optimization of the sequence to support customer Service, minimizing changeover and maintain inventory in the short to mid-term. Communicates with the S&OE team and Network Scheduling Manager to understand the short-to-mid-term demand picture while communicating with Plant Operations to ensure the demand can be met with an optimized schedule Maintains all relevant capacity planning master data for the relevant network work centers is accurate and up to date including work center master, routings, and downtime data Develop contingency plans for unexpected events that may impact production schedules. Ensure that production schedules comply with relevant regulations and quality standards. Works with Logistics Managers and Material Planners to ensure the right materials are available for the production schedule What we look for: 2 plus years in manufacturing or scheduling roles 3+ years of work supply chain role (desired) Able to analyze data, draw reasonable conclusions, and formulate next steps Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills Exceptional communicator Experienced in setting priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment Ability to build strong relationships across the functions and levels Demonstrated strong aptitude in analysis, root cause identification, and problem solving Workplace type: Hybrid - 3 days in office/2 days working from home Additional Information: We are committed to fair and equitable pay and are transparent with current and future teammates about our full salary ranges. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area. Zone A: $72,400 - $132,500 Zone B: $66,400 - $121,500 Zone C: $60,300 - $110,400 All ranges are subject to change in the future.
