PART-TIME and FULL-TIME positions available.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for clients of all ages.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
• Provide therapy sessions using evidence-based practices and innovative techniques.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic client care.
• Document progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate clients and families about speech and language disorders and strategies for improvement.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards in the field.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current Clinical Fellow (CFY) status or eligible to obtain licensure in California.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and families.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Experience with diverse populations and a variety of speech and language disorders.
• Proficient in using technology for therapy and documentation purposes.
• Passion for helping others and a commitment to professional growth.
• Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of clients and the organization.
