Sales Account Manager

Walton Roofing has been a trusted name in commercial roofing since 1961, known for delivering excellence with integrity and professionalism. In 2024, we launched Walton Residential Services (WRS), expanding our expertise into the residential roofing market. As we build out our new residential division, we’re looking for driven, experienced sales professionals to join our growing team and help shape the future of WRS.
JOB SUMMARY
The Sales Account Manager with Walton Residential Services, will be on the front lines of our new residential initiative. This role offers a rare opportunity to be part of an established company’s exciting expansion into a new market. You’ll leverage Walton Roofing’s strong reputation to generate leads, educate homeowners, and close sales, all while enjoying a competitive commission structure with unlimited earning potential. We are looking for self-motivated individuals with a strong background in sales and a passion for the roofing industry. This is your chance to grow with a respected company while helping to build something from the ground up.RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Proactively generate and follow up on residential sales leads Conduct roof inspections and educate homeowners on roofing needs and solutions Present, negotiate, and close roofing contracts Maintain strong communication with customers throughout the sales and build process Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and high‑quality project completion Track leads, opportunities, and performance through CRM tools Represent Walton Roofing with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm Perform other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Proven sales experience (construction or roofing sales preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong work ethic and self‑discipline Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Roofing knowledge or willingness to learn through trainingWHAT WE OFFER
