Dedicated CDL-A Driver - Dollar Tree Account | Joliet, IL
W2 Position with Benefits | $2,500 Sign-On Bonus | Home 3-4 Times Per Week We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated Dollar Tree account operating out of Joliet, IL. This is a physically active delivery position with steady freight, competitive weekly pay, and consistent home time throughout the week. Drivers are generally home every other day for a 10-hour break, averaging 3-4 home-time opportunities per week.
Minimum Requirements

Minimum Requirements
- At least 3 months of CDL-A driving experience
- Clean motor vehicle record
- No SAP drivers
- Must pass a hair follicle drug test
- Comfortable with driver unload and physical work
- Flexible availability based on delivery schedules
- Average weekly earnings: $1,500-$1,700
- Annual earning potential: $75,000-$100,000
- Top drivers may earn $2,000+ per week
- $245 per unloaded trailer
- $70 per backhaul
- $25 per stop
- 0-11 months experience: $0.82 CPM
- 12-23 months experience: $0.83 CPM
- 24-35 months experience: $0.84 CPM
- 36+ months experience: $0.85 CPM
- Dedicated Dollar Tree store deliveries
- 800-1,000 average miles per week
- Delivery area: IL, WI, IN, MI, IA, and KY
- 100% touch freight with driver unload
- International and Freightliner tractors
- Drivers must be available Sunday through Saturday
- Workdays vary depending on route assignments and delivery schedules
- Local drivers must park at the Markham Terminal or Dollar Tree Joliet DC
- Home parking is not permitted
- Two-day ride-along with an experienced Dollar Tree driver
- Training pay: $150 per day
- Training includes proper unloading and safety procedures
- First load: $250
- 30 days: $250
- 60 days: $250
- 90 days: $500
- 120 days: $250
- 150 days: $250
- 180 days: $750
