Psychiatrist OpportunitySeeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist MD/DO to join our growing practice in a hybrid model, providing high-quality psychiatric care and supervising NP/PA providers.We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist MD/DO to join a growing mental health practice offering a hybrid care model. This is an excellent opportunity for a psychiatrist to provide high-quality patient care in a collaborative and innovative environment with a strong focus on patient outcomes.ResponsibilitiesProvide psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and medication management.Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.Manage approximately 30 scheduled patient hours per week.Provide approximately 15 hours per week of administrative time, including supervising NP/PA providers and addressing clinical needs.Be available for approximately 9 hours per workday to manage patient care, messages, and clinical issues.Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams.Provide clinical supervision and support to advanced practice providers.Participate in advanced psychiatric treatments, including TMS and Spravato (training provided).Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation.Stay current with evidence-based psychiatric treatment approaches.QualificationsMD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry.Active California medical license or eligibility to obtain one.Comfortable supervising NP/PA providers.Willingness to learn and provide TMS/Spravato treatments (training provided).Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.Compensation & BenefitsTotal Compensation: $400,000+ annually (Base Salary + Starting Bonus).Hybrid work flexibility.Medical insurance: Full coverage for provider (Blue Shield PPO with no deductible or Kaiser Platinum with no deductible).Dental and Vision Insurance.401(k) Retirement Plan.Training provided for TMS and Spravato.Opportunity to join a growing, patient-focused psychiatric practice.
