General Dentist - Baltimore, Maryland

Position Type & Schedule:

• Full-Time or Part-Time.
• Ideal Full-Time Schedule: Monday - Friday.
• Part-time schedules can be discussed based on provider availability and practice needs.

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and patient-focused General Dentist to join our growing private practice in the Baltimore area. Due to continued practice growth and strong patient demand, we are looking to add another provider who is comfortable working in a busy clinical environment while maintaining a high standard of patient care.

This opportunity offers the ability to work across two established practice locations , providing access to a large and diverse patient population. Our practices accept a broad range of dental insurance plans, including Medicaid, creating consistent patient flow and an opportunity for the incoming dentist to quickly build a productive schedule.

We are looking for a dentist who understands how to balance efficiency and productivity with quality, compassionate care. Both full-time and part-time candidates will be considered, although a Monday-through-Friday provider would be ideal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Provide preventive, restorative, and comprehensive general dental care.
• Develop appropriate patient-centered treatment plans.
• Educate patients regarding treatment options, preventive care, and long-term oral health.
• Effectively manage a busy clinical schedule while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Build strong relationships with patients from a wide variety of backgrounds.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to maintain efficient patient flow.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold high standards of clinical care, professionalism, and patient service.

Minimum Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active Maryland dental license in good standing or ability to obtain.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience required.
• Experience successfully managing a busy general dentistry schedule.
• Strong diagnostic and treatment-planning abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.
