• Required Skills: Home Exercise Program, Lifting and transfer, Patient/Family Education, Safety and injury prevention, Assessment, Discharge, Plan of Care, Adaptive Equipment, Pre-Discharge Planning

Job Details:

• Pay: $1860/week - $2054/week
• Assignment Length: 13-week assignment
• Shift: 5, 8-Hour 08:00 - 17:00
• At least one year of experience required
