LicensedProfessionalCounselor(LPC) Location: Tennessee Setting: Remote/Telehealth PositionType: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000ayearwithfullbenefits Schedule: Monday–Friday,9:00AM–5:00PM JobSummary ThisremoteLPCpositiongivesyoutheopportunitytosupportTennesseeclientsthroughregularvirtualtherapysessions.Youwillhelpclientsaddressmentalhealthconcerns,strengthencopingtools,andworktowardhealthierday-to-dayfunctioning.Theworkisclinical,consistent,andcenteredonqualitycare,withaMondaythroughFridayschedulethatsupportsprofessionalbalance. Responsibilities Delivertherapyservicesthroughasecureonlineplatform Evaluateclientneedsandidentifyappropriatetreatmentgoals Providecounselingformoodconcerns,stress,anxiety,relationshipissues,andadjustmentchallenges Maintainclearprogressnotesandrequireddocumentation Reviewtreatmentplansandmakeupdatesbasedonclientprogress Coordinatereferralsoradditionalsupportwhenclinicallyappropriate Qualifications ActiveTennesseeLicensedProfessionalCounselorcredential Master’sdegreeinCounseling,ClinicalMentalHealthCounseling,orrelatedfield Previouscounselingexperienceinoutpatient,privatepractice,communitymentalhealth,ortelehealthsettings Abilitytomaintainaccuraterecordsandmeetdocumentationdeadlines Comfortablecommunicatingwithclientsthroughvirtualcaretools Benefits 2weeksPTO HealthInsurance 401KPlanwith3%CompanyMatch StepintoaremoteLPCopportunitywhereyourexperiencecanhelpTennesseeclientsreceiveconsistent,high-qualitycare.
