Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
• Active MS Physical Therapist license (or eligible)

Benefits and eligibility are dependent on employment status and pay class (full-time, part-time, or PRN). Specific details will be provided during the hire.
